Refunds

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, however we are unable to accept returns / offer exchange products for the safety of all our customers as skincare are sensitive products. However in very rare cases where there a wrong item is received this would be retrieved and order would be fulfilled. 

All payments made are final. Orders can be amended however no refunds on received funds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
