Naturium Multi-Bright Milkly Toner

Our multi-benefit brightening toner is formulated to exfoliate and hydrate for a more radiant complexion. This milky formula contains an azelaic acid derivative and a fermented grape extract complex with amino acid arginine to gently resurface skin, helping smooth texture and reduce the appearance of dark spots. Plus, a rice milk blend and licorice root extract moisturize and condition the skin barrier.
